Encrypted by default
Storefront pages and the dashboard are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS) per current hosting configuration, protecting data in transit.
Permission-based AI access
AI agents only receive the permissions the merchant grants and operate within that scope - and you can revoke access at any time.
Audit logs
Every AI agent action is logged where supported, so you can review what happened and under which permission.
Store data isolation
Each store's data is separated from others per backend security policies (Supabase Row-Level Security), limiting cross-store access.
Payments handled securely
Card payments are processed through payment providers with their own compliance controls. Hajatek does not store raw card data.
Monitoring & backups
Monitoring and backups depend on current hosting and Supabase configuration and the agreed operations plan, and help us follow up on incidents.
We handle data conscientiously
We handle your store and customer data in line with our privacy policy, and we review sensitive paths before expanding the launch or enabling new payment providers. We do not claim blanket compliance with standards we have not yet verified.
