Why we built Hajatek

Many Arab merchants start selling on Instagram and WhatsApp, then move to a platform designed in another language: a translated interface, payment methods their customers don't recognise, a paid add-on for every small job, and a commission on every sale.

We built Hajatek as the platform we were looking for: a storefront in Arabic and English, payments and shipping that work in your country, 0% commission on your sales, and an assistant that saves you time and leaves the decisions to you.

How we work

Three rules decide what we build. You can check each one in the product itself.

Arabic first

Every screen is written in Arabic and English and checked right-to-left before it ships. We don't translate at the end.

We don't promise what we don't ship

The site lists only what works today. Anything still in progress is marked as coming soon, and we don't show numbers we don't have.

The merchant decides

The assistant and any AI tool connected to your store can only propose, and your data exports as CSV whenever you like.
